Tamiko A. Dunham
Concentrating in Insurance Coverage, Insurance Litigation and Construction Defect Litigation.
Ms. Dunham has been a member of the State Bar of California since 2004. She is admitted to practice before all of the Courts in the State of California; the United States District Courts (Northern, Central, Eastern and Southern Districts of California); and the United States Court of Appeals (Ninth Circuit).
Ms. Dunham represents insurance carriers in litigation disputes in state and federal courts and defends insurers against claims of bad faith. She has extensive experience as coverage counsel for multiple insurers throughout all phases of claim handling, including litigation. Ms. Dunham also handles construction defect litigation matters for contractors and intervening insurers.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Dunham clerked with the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the State of California Department of Industrial Relations, Division of Labor Standards Enforcement.
Ms. Dunham is a member of the Alameda County Bar Association and the Asian American Bar Association.
